Mylot is getting boring.

I can point you towards some people who manage to stay interesting. I find a lot of discussions that are new and different among all the other ones.

It can be a little boring sometimes, Like when you post on a discussion and there's nobody responding to it. I would probably have posted around 600 posts by now if there were more people on at one time. It would be good if there was an icon to show whether a member was online then you could respond to them quickly. I do enjoy posting when there are people responding and I agree with your last point as I have seen some very similar discussions on a number of things recently.

Before I can answer your query I had to take a look at your profile and I was surprised at what I see.

'Do you take hot or cold showers?' and 'Are you a leader or a follower?' are really fantastic original topics, great!

You have 117 friends on your list and one assumes they are there because you have something in common. You should be able to find at least one interesting discussion on each of their profiles so that would be 117 discussions to respond to - unless they are as interesting as those on yours I guess.

MyLot is us, the users. It is what we make of it. If we can't find something to suit our taste we have two choices. One is to create a discussion that we feel is missing and the other one is... you can guess that for yourself

if u see the same discussions... AVOID them!! lol and make ur own up and get the ball rolling a bit... if it truely gets boring... check out all the unresolved or new users... help them out with queries and comments on things that they are unsure of... then get bk to top discussions... Vary ur look on it all... Some peeps stick to top discussions, why not friends or no comments...? I love to zoom around the pages of discussions with no comments on yet and get a quiet thrill with being teh 1st on there!! (hehe) If u find a Q that has been asked elsewhere... tell them to check out other Q's of the same nature before posting... Alot of it is cops they need guildance... once that happens u will sn see that discussions will get interesting....

All you have to do is, not answer the same old discussions, find something new that interest yuo, and then Mylot won't be boring to you any more, I look for a lot of new discussions, and I find them to, if you look hard enough you will find new discussions.

It does seem a little boring at times. I guess people try to stay away from the more controvertial, or hot topics.

I think being on here is great as there are lots of different topics and when there are so many people i tend to find that there are lots of new topics.I have found a easy way of getting new discussions and that is when you put notify to on,on your friends they always seem to send new discussions therefore you always have something new as well as interesting to answer.Try starting new discussions rather than just replying to them as that also is great fun.Happy Mylotting.

Well I can see what you mean! I guess that you just have to look for some good discussions! I know that I do.. I cant respond to something that seems a little on the snooze side! lol... Well good luck!

There is stil a hope. I also find many disscusions not intersting or repeated over and over (new people having no idea things has been approached already).

Yet I think there is a hope. Intersting subjects still can be found.

So, don't give up.

It does seem like there are less discussions being started, and less people being active.:/
