I think love is a requirement to having a relationship but definitely a good financial source is something to consider when thinking of marriage. though ideally love should be enough to keep couples together but that isn't really the case all the time..sadly..:( The kind of job on the other hand, i think, will only be relevant depending on the values or preferences of the couples. some who value financial aspects more would want their spouses to have the A-list jobs even if the spouse works away from the family for a longer time..some who value having family together would rather choose a more flexible job even if the pay is minimal just so they could be together more as a family...problem arises usually when the couple themselves have different views and values regarding that..
