How many of u r not happy with ur waistline

Who will love the waist line that is getting bigger everyday. I am quite frustrated as after I gave birth last year, I keep on gaining weight and my waistline goes along with it. I say 3-4 inches begger than the original size. Now I cannot wear my old jeans nor my skirts because of this. I am trying to cut off my food intake and do some exercise but to no avail. Maybe I have to accept the fact that my figure will not go back to my old one because of pregnancy. Fortunately, my husband is not complaining about it though I still want to be the same shape I am when he first met me.

Same here, I tried different types of exercises still I don't get the waistline I want. Its frustrating sometimes, and being in front of the computer most of the time makes me bigger and chubby.

with so many like-minded people here, I just wanted to add myself to you guys. Its my firm belief that pregnancy deposits fats around us women’s bellies which just cannot be done away with by us ordinary mortals. By this I mean that we are not superstars who have a career at stake or rich wives who have a battalion of aides to take care of the baby while we work our way at super-speciality (read ‘expensive) gyms…no, we are ordinary moms with ordinary jobs and pay and ordinary families which can seldom afford hired help! 10yrs down the line and after fretting and fuming and tearing my hair while cleaning my cupboard of clothes I’ll never ever fit into, I’ve come to this conclusion!

I have never been pregnant, but my tummy looks like I'm always 5 months pregnant, It has been like this for a couple of years now. lol. Sometimes, I think it would be better if I am really pregnant so I'll have a good excuse for my big waistline.. I have tried a lot of exercises, sit ups, crunches, even tried hip hop abs.. but I'm just too lazy to continue.. lol.

Though hip hop abs, after I think a month of doing it, you can really see a difference.. It does work, just make sure all your doors and windows are closed when you do it.. hahahah. just it's somekinda funny to look at.. well, not really if you're good with dancing. But if you're like me, you may want to do it in the privacy of your room. hahahah.

Me too! Definitely not happy! But I tink that sometimes we can link that problem to hormonal problems, metabolism or genes. So we shouldn't be too harsh on ourselves. And the people we see on television, they have a batallion of fitness trainers, dieticians, cooks that prepare their well computed limited daily balanced intake of calorie meals, and private gyms. LoL. Cheer up! Lol. (^^,)

Yaa I feel the same buddy I have a very poor metabolism I feel jealous of people who have a good metabolism this is sooo unfair...
aren't there any ways to fasten ur metabolism...
