grrrrrr!

Hello there,

Chill.. don't let the anger get to your head. Why let anyone spoil our peace of mind.. Ive learnt that lately. I used to get mad at people and things but I'm making a conscious effort not to.
Things I do: Speak about what affected me to my close friends. Speaking to someone reduced the burden from your mind.
I also take deep breaths and try listening to music.

You might have something else that works for you. Take care,

Depending on the weather, when I get that mad I usually either go for a walk or go online and vent. Is it the same people as usual? I propose a swap....lol. What makes me that angry? They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

hi 3cardmonte so sorry to hear that.its just not fun to
have someone make you so upset. Let see what do I do,well
a few days back a fellow mylotter called me every thing
but a bit@h and it really hurt. so I really overreacted and
spent much time in a comment to her hateful response
and then thought why am I letting this person jerk my
chain.she doesnt know me, and I will never meet her, let
her rant if she wants. after all mylot usually deletes
those responses that flame someone. and they did delete
several responses she made to my discussion because I
saw them and read them, came back later they were missing.
It was just that she made false accusations about me when'
she had never met me and knew nothing about me at all.
