 People in our country don't have animals as pets, as in other countries..Very rarely we see pet animals, especially cats....I see cats are very dear to some in other countries....why we don't have that trend, i wonder..dogs are kept in many houses as a protection against intruders. cats, dogs, are seen freely roaming around, but nobody bothers to bring them home or feed them....they r happy as they r free....i'm not an animal hater, but i hate to have one on my bed or sofa, & especially kitchen or prayer room....what about u?

1.  shally_hh (321) | 2 months ago |  personally,I like pet animals especially pretty dogs,but do not have one because i don't have enough time to take care of them,and as you said,it is annoying that they come into the kitchen even eat something without permission.so i am sure i will not feed one myself.

Shames (1332) | 2 months ago |  Hi tingtong.Even in my country pets are not that common as in US.Even my mom hates it when she sees cats and dogs roaming around on kitchen or bed in someone else's house.We have a aquarium in our house though.And my mom has no problem whatsoever with fishes.But it needs a lot of maintainance.When I will have a house of my own I would like to keep a dog..

Our dog was old and died a family member now live on the farm so they have the cat. We moved to town and I did not want a dog because I did not want to have to lock up the dog or chain him up.

But you know what, hubby has 7 siblings and 1 adopted sibling.His father loves pets that is whey they have 4 dogs and many cats in their house.They are everywhere in the house as if they are members of the family too. | |

I really like cat because they are really cute especially when they are kitten. As I remember my friend also have a cat in their apartment and they only get it in the road. Then because they are very kind, they get it in the street and just be the pet.
I agree to you that many people having their own pet.Many people here in our place have their own pet because like what you said, they use it as a protective alarm to other people.
