When he was in mother's womb his left part of brain became ineffective due to stroke. After his birth the doctors left all hopes that the baby could be alive. But Mitchell is not only living, he speaks like a normal person and successfully completed his graduation. When he was 27 years of age the physicians again examined him in various ways and they became astonish. They found, the right part of the brain is fully active and at the same time is doing all the works of the left part of the brain.

It is amazing. I have been a nursing student and the brain and the nervous system are some of the things that we must study. I found it quite hard to understand all the details, but at the same time it is a very fascinating topic. Normally we learn that some things belong to the left side of the brain and other things belong to the right side of the brain, so it is amazing to read that there is a person who has been able to achieve so many things, when only one part of the brain is working. Thanks for sharing the story
