 Sorry to have to report this but this site has gone Scam, but you have to give it to admin its a clever scam.
Admin has constantly delayed paying members, with terms changes etc, claiming that paypal had locked and frozen his account, so 30dyas for payment was set, many mebers have been waiting 40+
Admin has now returned all payment requests to members and has stated they need to re request so that it one payment request we are no longer allowed to have multiple
Ok so thats fair it means admin can pay quicker.
well here is where the clever scam comes into play
max cashout is $10 i will use my account as an example
6 payment requests returned gave me a balance of $15
so i cashed out $15 knowing that i can only receive $10 there is not an option to just cash the $10
admin then stated that any requests over $10 the amount over 10 im my case $5 woul be returned to my account, ok thats cool i would then just re request.
Yeah but it gets sent to purchase balance not cashout balance, admin has stolen $5 from me or over 33% of my earnings.
I have seen a member on the forum with $40 request, they have just lost $30 thats

Admin on 99centptc.com is scamming all the way to the bank.
His paypal is now unlocked so there should be no money issues unless its just been one big lie.
He uses the term rebirth in a forum post as for the reason for creaming huge amounts of money from members accounts, yeah i have seen the rebirth hes running an ad that this to his new site design paid for by the moeny hes stealing.
Admin has deleted all my posts on the forum and as a result, admin i know you will read this sooner or latter i told you what would happen if you deleted and continued to cheat your members, ohh i nearly forgot admin is claiming that he will pay active members what about all those who had payment request who left cause they were not payed, well they wont get paid now you returned them know they wont comeback and so keeping the money.

I upgraded there (was only a dollar for the month) and I'm planning to continue at least until I reach payout and see what happens. But I also noticed that all the news has been removed so there is no longer any mention on the site regarding the payout issues. Which admin had been fairly open about from how I read the news. | |
