I can't change my email address on my lot! They paid my ex and I have no way of getting my money I have tried to get in touch with my lot but am having a problem. Can anyone tell me how to contact my lot so I can get my account change d over to where it should be going?

2. mysdianait (11927) | 2 months ago | You can contact myLot through the link 'contact' at the bottom of the page. Go to the drop-down menu and use 'other'.
If you change your email address in your account and add the new one then it will start working in a few hours. I changed mine last week.

Seems I had to do that when I changed my addy a few years ago...

mysdianait (11927) | 1 month ago | I didn't receive any mail concerning the change. I just added the new one, hit update and within a short time all the notifiers were going to the new one. This was last week.

You change it in your "preferences" like the other said and then don't forget to click update. For the paypal it is the same. I think that once you have entered it. Only one of the email box will appear filled even if you have already updated it. But it is already updated. And send a messae to Mylot by clicking the "contact us" at the bottom. They don't immediately reply. But I know they will answer you. I had some concerns too before and happily they replied after 3 days I think. Goodluck! Hopefully all will get well soon. That's your money not his that's tough to work off and somebody else get paid for it. (^^,)

bwrattybaby (5233) | 2 months ago | I tried that this morning and it kept coming back with my old email address on it I just did it again and it took my new email address this time but I still don't have payment of the last 10 dollars I made it is gone. Well it looks like it took my new email address but how do I get the money I just lost? I tried to contact my lot but it keeps coming up with stuff that I don't need I would like to get this rectified today. I am so upset about this! I spent all the time on here I could I really don't have a whole lot of time to spend on the computer so I wonder if this was a waste of my time!I have never had a problem with my lot and love this site before.

Aphroditei_5279 (887) | 2 months ago | Try this, maybe it will help. Go to "preferences" and then click the "contact" that is written below. And then as you said it will give you many choices. Don't choose them. Choose the last sentence that says "others". And from there I think you can type your own question to be send to Mylot. And report the email that your ex was using.
And for paypal, I know you can file a claim but you have to use the paypal account where the money was sent. Hmmm. Maybe it will be difficult. Try first with Mylot maybe they can forfeit the 10 dollars to him, and send it back to you, because you are not together anymore. And make sure you change your email for log-in in the "account information" and the paypal email in "payment information". And click the update. Whatelse, hmmm, I have noticed that in mine, only the first email will appear, the confirm email box will be empty after you have already updated.

I didn't know it went down any futher I was just so upset yesterday to see my money had been put in my ex's account. But thank God I did contact pay pal and his account had been inactive for a couple of years so it is no longer any good either. I hope to hear from my lot sometime today. Thanks

The best way that you will get in touch with them, is through their advertising page. I posted the link below for you.

bwrattybaby (5233) | 1 month ago | I had changed my email when I came back on my lot and changed it in my pay pal account then too but it didn't take affect and the responses comes to my new email. I still haven't heard from my lot I don't know what is taking so long. I still have the other email account but I can't always get logged into that account. Oh well I am still waiting on contact from my lot but not responding to other discussions cause I don't want to lose any more money on here. Thanks everyone for your help.
