Do Clothes make your personality change?

Clothes won't change ones personality But the way of look does change.
When we r wearing some funky clothes such as jeans & t-shirts, attender would have thinks that we are a student who buys nothing but comes mall for time pass. When we wear formals attender thinks we are executives so he tries to attract us with different products.

Well i think clothes does not effect personality. Personality is something which reflects your mind and way of thinking. But ya clothes do effect other's way of thinking towards u on the 1st meeting, bcoz the other person knows nothing abt u so he would judge u according to what he sees in u externally( i mean clothes and way of talking ...).
But eventually when he will come to know u then definitely the final impression will be made by ur personality.

you are right they have loose you and a good potential buyer of the brand, but it ok fiona it is not their mistek that they have not responded to you. yes good dressing matters a lot you are very well aware that is why they have responded to you, here you have to make sure that if you want the attention of others you have to look smart and good. dont worry dear here nothing to take on heart go to the store if you like the product for you.

You have stated a very interesting point. I have not come across any such situation so far. However, after reading your experiences, I am willing to believe that if one goes in casual wear, salesmen at the shop may not attend to him/her as sincerely, as one would like to expect. In a way you can say that flashy clothes and some 'attitude' while entering in a showroom do make an impression on the attendants and they attend you accordingly.

personality means a lot more than the clothes you wear. it is an integration of many things, not just how you look. clothes could only change how people see you and what they think about you. it may also change how you feel about yourself. but changing clothes doesn't mean that you have become a new person with a different personality. maybe your personality will change if the change is for good or will stay for a longer time and you are really feeling and living it. not just on the occasions when you are wearing the particular sets of clothes.^^

They say clothes make a person, but I think that's only true up to a point. Normally, clothes do not really make a personality change, but it can prove a certain image, or if someone wants to look quiet, or want to wear something for a party and stuff like that, certain dress code would help definitely. I think that different personalities match different clothes, but then again, that's only like a few percent. How that person answers, talks and mix around would be the surest way of knowing someone with a certain kind of personality indeed.

clothes speak of what your paying capacity is like and mind you salesman are there for to sell their product and they would like to waste their time on someone only if he or she is ready to spend
as you could have seen many people just wander around to look at things not buying things
imagine if you were salesman what would you have done

tell me the person who have dominant personality never require good clothes to express themselves
i say clothes are important but not whole and sole of the personality
clothes just represent what your status is maybe i can also advise you one thing if a person judges by clothes or by thing that what would other think what he or she is wearing he cant go to top offthe world
