Today is our Anniversary!

Congratulations to you both! My hubby and I are five years this past August. We do not buy each other gifts. We have dinner at home, and usually drink Tequilla. We talk about our goals for the year and our major big goals. It is fun to use the anniversary to check if we are still on the same page, and we are:) I don't like to get gifts and really don't like to buy them. We also have a special tradition to celebrate our anniversary all year. Whenever the mood strikes either one of us, we pick up an anniversary card and thank the other for being married to us. It is nice because it is unexpected. I love when I get a card from my hubby. His last one was a 50th anniversary card and he drew a picture of us 50 years later and simply wrote, I can't wait to love you when you are 78! It was priceless.

Congratulations!! I really do hope the best for both of you. But I have a story to share with you. I hope you never ever find yourself in my shoes.

Yesterday was my 19th wedding anniversary. I thought about sending a nasty card to my soon-to-be ex. It would have said something like: "So glad it is almost over with" or "this is the last damm card you will ever get from me. Enjoy it or shove it up your***" Needless to say, we did not celebrate this date together. His girlfriend would have been a third wheel.

Now the good news is the divorce will be final on Friday. Woo Hoo!! I will be having a divorce party with my friends who have been loyal to me for many years.

I share my story with you in hopes you understand how precious your marriage is. Cherish your mate. Enjoy your life with your mate. Smile and be happy. Be content as each day passes. It could be so different under different circumstances. I once had joy in my life and I will again. Too bad it was never with any of my husbands. Don't let this happen to you. Okay???

Happy 9th anniversary to you and to your husband. My hubby and I celebrated our first anniversary last May. Yes, we did buy each other a gift, he gave me a perfume and I gave him a headset for his laptop. We also has lunch and dinner at the restaurant on that day. Wish we could have more anniversary to come. This is also my wish for you...more anniversary to come to the both of you.

It's really so sad that my husband and i can't celebrate our wedding anniversary together. we've been married for two years and no chance to be with him. he's working abroad and so during our anniversary we spent our time chatting online and reminiscing our happy moments together. Hoping that next year he's here with me in celebrating our anniversary. Ooh i'm looking for that.

That's a milestone. Congratulations! My husband and I will be celebrating our 14th anniversary next year. So far, it is a very good, loving marriage. We usually celebrate it just by having a dinner for 2. I wish you all the best and hope for many fulfilling years together.

hi, first i should say congratulations to your hus and you. and be married for 9 years is so long. i think you are very close and kind to each other. on my anniversary day, we would take out for a dinner and he would buy me a present if i ask him to do so. anyway i am very happy to be with him no matter he gave me a present or not.

Congratulations! 9yrs is a long time but really time flies so fast when you are content with everything. I’m sure you cant wait for hubby to get back and he’s sure to bring something for you!
We don’t celebrate our anniversary as it is…its been the better part of 12years together and we just enjoy when we feel like. Nothing special about any particular day.

Congratulations! You've got it up to 9 years, I wish you stay together for a lifelong. Me and my husband is married for almost six years and we always celebrate of anniversarry by going out to dinner or just cooking a special dinner at home. We don't usually buy gifts for each other and just save the money for something else. Good Day!
