did u wash ur hand today???

Hi there sourdipta! So I did not even know that there was a day dedicated to hand washing but I have to admit that I think it is a great idea. I am a bit obsessed with washing my hands. I wash my hands about 10 times a day. If it has been a while since I have washed my hands i start to sense or feel that they are dirty so I will wash them even if I know that they are clean. Is anyone else like this when it comes to their hands needing to me clean?

is there such a day. it's so interesting. i wash hands before every meal and whenever i eat something. it's necessary for us to wash hands when we come back from the outside especially when you have a baby at home. washing hands is a good habit and it can prevent us from being infected with diseases.

hi, sourodipta,I have washed my hand today,every day I will wash my hand at least 4 times, washing hand is a good habit,people should wash hand before meals,this allows me to isolate bacteria,so I will not get sick. have a nice day.

Since I am a muslim, I wash my hands at least 5 times a day during ablution/wudhu:)

Yes i did and I washed it with anti-bacterial soap. It is very important to wash are hands and keep it tidy and clean well not just our hands but our whole body too, so important especially if we are expose to germ prone areas. I think it is highly important that our D.O.H. (Department of Health) and even World Health Organization reminds us people to keep our hands clean so that we can avoid being sick or catching some viruses such as influenzas,AH1N1 and other flu symptoms.

with the assault of Influenza A H1N1 virus, information on how to avoid acquiring the virus were disseminated. one of the tips was to use hand sanitizers or to wash hands with soap frequently. my second grader was very proud to announce to us (my husband and me) that when one washes his/her hands, they should sing "happy birthday" twice before finally rinsing the soap:) ... it has become his habit to sing the happy song twice everytime he washes his hands!

hand washing day today? never heard it before, i am glad i did wash my hand today, before the meal and after the toilet. i noticed that when i am at home, i tend to wash my hands less, i guess that's because i feel that my home is cleaner then outside world? but do wash your hands more often is a good habit for protecting from diseases, that's no doubt, specially for now, the flu thing, wash your hands more often friends, be healthy!

hi sourodipta, we all know that hand washing is a very important hygienic way of cleaning we MUST not forget. Aside from the basic benefits we get from it, it also practices ourselves to clean all the time and it also helps to protect us the harmful bacteria, viruses that might cause us to be sick. So everytime I do the handwashing, I'm so happy that I'm not a spreader of a disease,(I wash my hands every hour, cause I'm handling very delicate products e.g snacks). Happy Handwashing Day:P

i usually wash them all the time, but if ever i can't wash them there are hand sanitizers to use on.. or even alcohol.!! and i always bring them on my bag, in case of emergency..
