Hey mysd, if you see someone copy my posts, please tell me too. So far I've never seen any mylotter copy my posts, but if I ever see one I will definitely not let that person off the hook. Plagiarism is not just a mylot offense. It's a crime punishable by law.

Indeed Angela and this is why I am going through all the responses posted by the user concerned. If I see any of those posted by friends then I am informing.

I'm the same as you zed... oblivious to it all, but will learn to read more. I usually read and rate friend's posts, even if they come after my post, but it seems it's best to read everything in every discussion to catch these idiots.

My thoughts exactly, Thea. Still, the Mys has eyes where nobody would think she has them, and nothing gets past her. If only these people would put as much effort into creating as they do into cheating, we'd all benefit from it.

I think it would be worthwhile if we all went back now and again. This particular*omits as I can't remember how to spell* individual is so fast and is using anything by anyone and thinks it's going to work - no way!

Your suggestion would save others time, both those who spot them and the admins who then have to remove it all. What a pain in the bum for all concerned!

Yep plagiarized material is easy to spot we can always tell a users M.O. (modus operandi) perfectly laid out paragraphs, no typos etc etc. Even changing things around can still be easy to see and work out.

We each have our own unique way of saying things and when someone else says the same things (or types them) it just doesn't come out the same and that's how they are so easily spotted here!

Those that do it are the lowest form of life that exists in my opinion. They are empty and have nothing to offer so they are just a waste, a complete waste.

Several of these cheats reach 500 with the sole intent of then using the privilege of copy/paste for their own purposes. They abuse myLot, abuse those who have befriended them and are a disgrace for their fellow countrymen here too

If you go back to discussions where you have responded then you might just see yours posted later. If I were to see it I would inform you.

MyLot reflects what goes on offline. There ae cheats there so we are bound to get them on here too - but they do not last long

I didn't catch this one. Thankfully there are many, many Lotters who read what goes on in discussions, even when there are pages and pages of responses. Some comment back too and when they find themselves commenting back to a response that they have already replied to earlier in the same discussion something is wrong

Spammers and those that inadvertently violate the Guidelines here are one thing.
Those that plagiarise are another entirely different kettle of fish and i cannot tolerate them. Cheaters online and off make my blood boil To think that they stay here gathering friends and clocking up 500 posts JUST for the purpose of then cheating is nauseating, sickening and they must go, back to the garbage dump where they belong. Here is is no place for them!
