I am depressed

Hey mate, don't worry. Sometimes we just have to fight against the world to prove our point. Thanks your wife since you at least have someone on your side!

Based on my experiences, your situation may be over soon. All these people who are ignoring or not treating you the way you expect will realize the mistake they are doing. Be ready to forgive then when the time comes, since otherwise things will just continue as a chain of hatred.

the best thing i would suggest u is to do some type of meditation.. that is the part which needs to be taken care of to cool the mind which keeps on working even when u r sleeping.. so better give some time for ur mind's rest and believe me things will go good.. have trust in god buddy..

here and received quality advices. I know this is one way on how you can breath out

or ease the pain that you have in your heart. Anyway, would you mind me asking,

what is your problem with your family? Do you have misunderstanding? I know this]

kind of problem is easy to solve, you just have to talk to them with sincerity.

Ask them what seems to be the problem? But open with them that you are already

depressed with what is happening. I hope this will help you.

this is festival time, don't get upset over things. enjoy and have fun with your family... there are people who love you, so think of them and mmake them happy. i can understand your feelings but beleive me, at this time if you suppress your negative thoughts and bring a smile on someone elses face then you would feel happier... try it...

i am less experienced than you, for sure, but i know that no one is a misfit on this earth. every living being is unique and no one can be a waste...

Dont worry, depression is a part of human life. so long we have emotions active, it will remain in our life.
Can you go for a holiday? go to a new place, that may change your mood.
or talk to an old friend, find out one from your school days.
go for a movie or you may seat for a prayer. praying changes mood. because it makes you surrender to the Almighty.

Awww, We all get days, when we feel down, and useless, and feel nobody cares about us.. but i am sure your family all love you very much, and you are just having a bad day.
Get your chin up, and think positive, tomorrow is another day, so i hope it is a better one for you...

you may have a chemical imbalance an that can be treated by a Dr., are you taking any kind of meds, it could also be side effect of what your taking.

We all get depressed but you got to remember whats good about your life, for one you say you have a loving wife, tons of men would be happy to have a loving wife.

Don't worry freind,it is very regular for most people.We are depressed for someday in one month or more.This situation can keep someday but it can clear away always.I think you can share your baffle with your wife or best freind or what you do now.Sometimes,you feel good after you pour out it.Hope you are good now.Best Regards

Sorry you are feeling down. I guess we all have times like this. i'm not at my best either today. Something very sad happened today in my family and I am trying to find a way to deal with it. Hopefully tommow will be a better day.

Don’t lose heart Abhik…it happens to all of us at any given point of time. See, when we are children and then young adults, we are surrounded by parents and families who care a lot about us and don’t let us worry about anything. We feel loved and wanted and cared for. But as we marry and start our own family, its but natural that our parents and family take less interest in us…its not that they don’t love us any more, its just that we need to take care of ourselves and our family and our parents all together and it does become very stressful at times. I don’t know what job you do, but the times are such that every job is very very demanding and less and less satisfying. Money is not everything yet, after putting so much effort to earn money we are neither earning good enough nor having time to spend with our family. It’s a no win situation for most of us. My hubby and me are working for around 15yrs now…same job, same stress, same people, we both feel very stressed out sometimes, we wish we could just leave our job and start some business. But that’s more risky! Our only child stays with my parents during the day…we both know that we are unable to give proper time to our child, we cant stay at home and relax whenever we want to…life has so many compulsions Abhik but never think that nobody loves you. Your near and dear ones will always love you, maybe you need to spend some time with yourself alone…
