Do you feel guilty when you're killing time or after kill the time.

the best way i would suggest is to do meditation and try to keep yourself busy.. the more you are busy the better it is for you... and u keep on thinking about it rather than being depressed..

When you are going to spend the time for nothing or otherwise
say that killing of the time would always given the feeling of Guilty
and also so many peoples are now unemployed and they are not known to
pass the time and also there is no option for them and to kill the time
it would give the feeling of Guilty, and also many peoples used to get the
depression due to this activity. But unfortunately what we can do, if we are
not having the work to do and then killing the time for nothing would always
given the feeling of depressed. So I am hope that all the peoples would
have the chance to get the jobs in order to spend the time in the useful
way and also it would give the feeling of happy instead of depression.

Yes, I have such experiences too, especially this year, for I set foot into senior, the last year shield against the social stress in campus. If I spend too much time playing video games, I will have a sense of guilty when I quite the game. You know, I'm a fan of War3, I feel a real void when I don't play the game, so I delete it, install it, delete again, install again, OMG! I'm weary of such pointless behaviors, so I constrain myself to view around the mylot all the time. Anyway, as I new arrival here, I do have happy time and practise my English. Now, I'm still charmed by the video game, but I have successfully decreased the times.
