break up is never good for ay thing.. be it a break with girlfriend or any one.. this is because.. it leaves behind a memory that makes u sad when u try to remember it.. and all that one should try to collect and give to others is good memory..

in relationship... break up is part off it..its also part of life to feel sad, to fee disappointed to the previous failed relationship... u need to accept it & deals with it... and u need to move on & to continue your life.... this is normal for everybody... to love, to break up & to love again... its just a cycle... until u found the right person for u... to spend the rest of ur life with..

break up is good for u... it make u much stronger & u will learn ur mistake from ur previous relationship...

Yes, it is indeed but i believe that it should finish on a nice node that both of you have a sweet memories which one will cherish for the rest of your life and can remember and enjoy in quite times.
Actually after the break up person realizes the importance of the one who is no more in the life ...
so breakup is another side of the coin ... you enjoyed the company of each other staying in touch, spending a quality time and now you move on with the memories left of a good time ..
