How to be happy?  | |  For me happiness is a choice. My sister wrote this on her blog which really amazes me "he decision to be happy is mine. And of course, at the other side of it, is equally the same; that is, to be miserable is my decision as well. I can choose to give thanks for all that is around me or to curse every event that doesn't live up to my expectation. I can smile or pout. I can look at the mirror, smile and tell myself i am beautiful or frown and ask why am i ugly and old. The decision is all mine".

You need to work hard and sacrifice time in order to get your family a better way of life. It makes you happy when you see that their needs are met, have a safe place to live in and the members are free from any illness. The sacrifices we need to make our family is sometimes needed and gain you self-fulfillment, thus making you happy. But sometimes its not always the case, working long hours or spending too much time in work, have people forgotten that their family needs your presence at home, in school activities and in social and moral obligations your family attended to. It is surely a choice, but his choices do have negative effects on you life and also to the people around you.
