yukky spiders :(

I live in the big swamp called FLORIDA. we have hobo spiders, brown recluse, wolf and your everyday local black widows plus an array of others that'll melt your skin off,and we wont talk about the scorpions. Anyway i've tried em all the only one that works and keep them away is "spectracide bug stop" it'll keep em at bay for months. BUT make sure its dry before you let your pets around it. along the floor under cabnets there;s usually a 1 inch square hole for whatever reason contractors see fit to put one there, but you have to get on your knees and look up under the cabnet along the floors, look up, put the tip of the nozzle in the hole and blast away, anything an ant can get in a spider can so make sure you spray everywhere an ant can get in and outside along doors, the spectracide will keep em away for about 6 months , but make sure to get the one that says BUG STOP on the label. the others ive tried after spraying them they kept walking this stuff stops em on contact, it has a nerve inhibitor in it so be sure to wear some kind of glove or if ya get it on your hands use soapy bleach water to wash it off. DONT FORGET TO SPRAY AROUND ALL THE PIPES UNDER SINKS AND ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A DISH WASHER WHERE THE PIPE LEADS INTO THE DISH WASHER THEY LOVE TO NEST UNDER THE WARM WASHER AND BUILD NESTS THERE.

i hate spiders too.when i moved here i had lost of spiders and i srayed in and out and under the house with bug spray i still have a few . Home defensr is a good bug spray. i hope you get rid of them soon and enjoy your new home.you wouldn't be close to Garth Brooks would you?lol

Hi quita 88, I would suggest spraying the web with pressurized water. This will help you to get rid of any cobwebs. It is a good idea of do a thorough cleaning. If there is food somewhere, the spiders will keep coming. If you remove all the webs and the food the spiders will go elsewhere. Spray with insecticides the affected area might also help. Make sure that your dog is not around.

Tke a broom & tear down all their webs & spray the porches w/bug spray. U better spray ur house to, don't want them in there.

i hate spiders too,i get the kids to sort them out,or get a broom and knock them all off then stand on them,that'll teach them to come near me

I haven't got a clue but I know I would be getting a brush and remove them every Day for sure, I do not like Spiders either they scare me to

I do not know of anything that takes care of spiders other than poison. On the other hand, spiders take care of lots of other pests. Do you know what kind they are? I do not like walking through webs either.

Let's see. Each spider has eight eyes. I guess they are right when they say the night has a thousand eyes. I don't really kill spiders unless I think they are the poisonous ones. I kind of like the daddy long legged ones.
