another shocking story with a happy ending

it was shocking to see that stroller roll onto the tracks, i thought that poor baby would have died, but i do think that if the train had not have stopped, it could have been a whole different story, i too am so glad that the baby wasn't killed, no mother would like to see that happen to their child....

yes she is very lucky, and the child is even luckier, it could have been a sad story if that train had not have stopped, i shudder to think.

yes, i think she has learned a very important lesson, that little boy could have been killed if that train had not have stopped, the brakes should have been on that stroller, what a lucky little boy he is...

hi both of you just remembered something that happened long a go when my half sister was eating with my parents and myself, this was during the second world war, and her hubby was overseas. well she left her five month old baby inside her car.Then she came in to eat dinner with us, and my mother was rightfully horrified,Rosie did not get it, but I said, look I can hold the baby mom is so right. Its cold outside and anyway anything could happen to a small baby alone in a parked car. So over Rosie's protests I babysat little Charlotte while we all ate. I shudder to think of all the many things that could happen to a small
bAby left alone in a locked car.brrrrrrr.

Hatley, there are a lot of Rosies out there. When I lived in Arizona, children died every summer in the boiling heat inside cars. Here in Ohio, I still hear of it happening but not as much as in Arizona. I don't know why people don't learn or why they don't treasure the gift that God has given them.

Goodness Hatley that is not good at all but as said there is a lot of Rosies about and I think there always will be

oh my goodness hatley, it is easy for a child to get hurt in a car, or anywhere come to think of it, i have heard so many horror stories about babies being left in cars in scorching heat and the outcome has been grim, at least you had the sense to tell her that you would mind the baby, good for you,

oh most definitely, someone up there must have decided that the little boy wasn't ready for heaven yet, what a lucky little boy he is, his mother should learn by this always put the brakes on, this could have been traumatic for mother and driver of the train and the people who witnessed it, also that little boy could have lost his life....jeez i get goosebumps just thinking about it....horrible....i can still see that image of the stroller tipping over the edge....

i did notice that she slipped when she tried to catch hold of the pram, it was horrible to watch, i also saw her on her knees trying to get the baby off the tracks but it was too late, the train had already pulled up, my blood ran cold when i saw that, i thought there's no way that the baby would still be alive, but he was, there was definitely someone out there watching that child that day, what a lucky escape....i would have been hysterical like she was, i am just so glad that her son didn't die because of this, i think this piece of footage will teach other mothers to put on the brakes when waiting for a train, it was horriffic, i am so glad that the baby didn't get killed....

yes i saw that tamara, it was horrible to watch, i couldn't believe it when they said the baby got away with just a few scratches, this is definitely a miracle, someone up there was watching that boy, let this be a lesson to her, never to leave the brakes off when she's waiting for a train, i do think that she will never get a train again after that, i would be too scared to go near another platform, it was horrible to watch that, imagine if the baby wasn't strapped in....oh god, i dread to think about what could have happened....

oh wow, yet another miracle, it is so easy to forget these things, but i think what happened to that baby will be a lesson to the mother and a warning to other parents who are waiting on a platform with a baby in their prams, that child was so lucky, can you imagine it if he did die, imagine the driver of the train would have been like, imagine the mother for losing her child because she didn't brake the pram...she would be living with that guilt all her life...luckily an angel was there, but i think she should be aware that next time, she should brake that pram....i am so glad that Ron only got away with a few grazes too, angels are everywhere aren't they?

it could have been worse dragon and thank god it wasn't, maybe this will wake her up and make her aware that anything can happen through being so careless, that poor child, i hope he doesn't remember this when he gets older, but i do hope that this has taught the mother a valuable lesson, always brake the pram no matter where she is....

this will be a valuable lesson to this girl, she was careless and never thought about what may happen, this is the reason why brakes are put on prams, i am so glad that the baby is ok, but i really wish these people would be more careful next time..it could have been alot worse....

Well, I agree with you. I think that she will be more careful in the future. It's really very lucky that nothing serious happens to the baby.

what i saw was her fiddling with her jeans, or the bottom of her jacket, the pram rolled towards the track, she slipped trying to catch the pram and the baby tipped over the edge, she knelt down to try and get the pram but the train came and pushed the pram 40 foot up the track with the baby inside it, imagine if this were an express train rushing past, that baby would not have stood a chance, the reason why they put brakes on prams is for this reason, so nothing bad like that happens, that child had someone watching him that day, and i hope this girl learns by this horrible mistake...it was horriffic to watch....
