Do you think going to the movies is too exspensive?

We rarely go to the movies we mainly watch our movies online. And if it is a movie that we really want to see we sneak our own food in the movies

The movies have gotten to be too expensive. For two people to go see a movie here with popcorn and drinks it's easy to spend $50. I think it is ridiculous for a couple hours of entertainment. While it is nice to do something different and get out of the house, I would much rather save the money and rent a movie on demand or from the movie store.

i would say yes to that. it is too expensive to go to movies. i have never been to to the theater for a time now. the last that i was there, a movie ticket costs me P150 or P200. add up the refreshments that we buy from there and bring inside to eat, that would already cost us a "fortune", hahaha. yes, we never go to theaters anymore. blockbuster and hit movies are easily viewed at a very low price here in our place. there are a lot of pirated dvds on sale on the sidewalks for a measly sum of P40 ... and u have a bonus on top of it. u get one dvd with 15, 20, or even 30 movies in it. u assure urself of a good copy by trying to view it partially before buying. pirated dvds are illegal and the government has continually fought to put a stop to this. raids are held but afterward, they spring like mushrooms again. sad ...

I think the movies are very expensive expecially if you add the snacks to it. That is why I usually bring my own snacks so its not so expensive. The next movie I'm going to cost 10.00 I got the tickets online.

Hi Tuckersheri, we usually don't go to the movies nowadays. Not only it's expensive, some of the audience are really annoying. Especially if you're watching a horror or thriller, and some idiot started screaming senselessly even before the killer/alien/horror appears on the screen!
So we buy Dvds and watch in the comfort of our house, and eat or drink anything we have at home.

yes, it's really quite expensive. i haven't been to cinema for several years. when there is a blockbuster, i usually buy its dvd or try to get the film from the internet. watching films at home cannot have the same effect as in the cinema but it is cheap and convenient. so i enjoy it.

What's the price of the ticket in your country? The price of the ticket in China range from about 6$ to 10$, I think it is more a bit exspensive in our country. I usually down load films from internet...

Now a days,it is expensive and waste of time.I rarely visit cinema hall to watch a film.I prefer to watch it from home in television.Watching film with friends in a theater is nice experience in my school and college days.It is very difficult to forget those happy days.

I don't think this is too expensive .you know,after the company 'll use thsi to earn money,so if the moive price is decease .the moive company can not earn money,so if you think going to move is expensive .you could choose buy DVD .
And I think buying DVD is a good choice
