Hello friends and dear mylotters,
Did this ever happen to anyone of you my friends and dear mylotters?(laughs, lolz)
Yesterday as i alighted from a public vehicle,i step on a small stone and almost lost my balance and managing not to fall down,my shoes strap broke(ugh!!!!)i'm wearing my signature 4" heels shoes/sandals.
The front strap broke due to too much pressure, and i am on my way to my daughters classroom to attend a meeting.
Can you imagine/can you guess what i did my friends?
I took one of my hairclip,(good thing i was wearing hairclip that moment)and looo! it helps to lock the strap back.
(saves my day hahaha)
I was smiling upon reaching the meeting room,(hehehe)
What can you say my friends
Waiting for your response and have a good day always.

haha...4" heel? woah! i think i can't even walk with that! hehe
but what happens to you is something funny & annoying...hehe but just good that you have a quick mind and find a way to save your day! hehe
that also happens to me but with slippers only! i was like walking on my way going to market & i didn't notice that my slipper's strap is already breaking...grrr
what's worst is that it breaks when i am far from the slipper store and while i am crossing the street! huh! because it breaks, it stops me in walking & almost get hit by a tricycle! huh! but good that the driver saw me...
what i just do is to walk slowly and walk in a manner as if im sliding...hehe (nakahiya actually) and i walk that way till i reach the store...huh!
i hate it when things like this happens...

Hello friend,
That was really annoying dear,i walked to the sidewalk and just pretend something stuck inside my sandals(weihehehe)my son even pretend didn't see anything and just rolled his eyes(hahaha).
I couldn't just imagine if there's no hairclip in my hair,ugh!!!..walking barefoot ...what a dramatic entrance i guess it would be when i entered the faculty room(hahahaha)
Thanks for your response my dear,at least im not the only one who experienced same fate.I guess it would be better to bring an extra shoes always or,hairclips, paperclips, stapler (lolz) for emergency.

yah, like another mylotter says...a mentos commercial (hehhee)keeping her pose.
That would be nice...and...a modern cinderella is good also, wish i can find my prince charming.
Then,it would be fine to break all my shoes strap everyday in search for my prince charming

The sole of my shoes gave up it's ghost once. and thankfully I was walknig distance to a shoe shop.
so relieved i was. so i went there and immediately bought another pair. it was a good thing that there was something within my budget and to my taste! thank God for shoe shops when you need them!
congrats on your quick thinking and escape!

Hello squaretile,
Lucky you are dear that you are near a shoe shop, and you also had some money to buy a new pair of shoes.
Well,i guess, even a slipper will do for me if it the only shop available for that time...
.
Thanks for sharing your experience and have a good day always

lol! Looks like it's from a Mentos commercial. I say you have successfully pull it off! lol! I broke my 400Php leather shoes too a few weeks ago just few meters from home. My brother was laughing and i'm so pissed off because he's just trying to make it look obvious. I shave my head so i guess hairpin is not an option lol! I had to drag my shoes step by step then took them off as soon as i reached in. lol! I'm still using the same shoe but this time it's sewn tight.. so lets see what's going to happen next. lol!

Hello mod,
Looks like a commercial,i think so,(hahaha)
And,i'm so glad to know i'm not alone to meet this fate(ugh!that was real embarrassing huh).
I couldn't imagine myself barefooted entering into that faculty room(what a dramatic entrance lolz).
Well,i learn my lesson, had to check my shoes soon as i arrived home and send those worn out ones to MR.QUICKIE for repair(weiiii).
Thanks for your response and have a great day always

Good for you that you didn't trip and fall. And it is amazing that you had the presence of mind to use your hairclip as a binder to the strap. 4" its quite a heel I guess!

Hello friend,Good for me my friend,i was able to hold my balance.
Yah,4" is quite a heel, but i am use to wearing it.
One important reason is..becoz i'm too small,so,wearing a 4" heels sandals makes me taller a bit
Thanks for your response my dear
