That is a good question. I'm sure they will find a way around it. And as much as I post about his being ineligable...they will never allow him to be thrown out of office. And life will never be the same.

That's right, he IS our President whether those who didn't vote form him like it or not just as we had eight years of George W. Bush despite the fact he didn't get the most votes in his first election! Those of us who didn't vote for him had no choice but to accept him and, in fact, if we said a word against him for much of his Presidency we were called anti-American and unpatriotic. Quite frankly I couldn't imagine why anyone would vote for Bush one time, let alone twice but I never called those who did names. I am NOT a fool or a moron, nor did I base my vote on what Oprah said! I don't "worship" Obama but I do support him as my President and have confidence he'll do his best for our country. I haven't agreed with everything he's done and I have no doubt there will be other things about which I'll disagree but that's always the case, isn't it, if one has a mind of one's own instead of taking the lead of Fox News and Rush Limbaugh?

Sourceseeker and Aniepa, What you don't understand is that my "opinion" is based on the fact that the crime of treason was committed by Pelosi, Reid, the DNC, O and all his minions. I do not believe that people would or COULD have voted for an ineligible candidate. I have a copy of my state's DNC "certification" of O's "eligibility" and it clearly omits the phrase "is eligible UNDER THE CONSTITUTION.
This phrase is vital in declaring candidacy and he was obligated to PROVE himself eligible, which he STILL has not, paying millions of your tax dollars to keep his vital records sealed. He is also using your tax dollars to stop lawsuits filed against him AS A PRIVATE CITIZEN BEFORE the election. Maybe that doesn't concern you, but it sure does me.
There is so much proof about his deception, dating back to an AP article in 2004, when Gerry Ryan's ex-husband suddenly was knocked out of the Senate race, because of a smear campaign re his divorce. The article's title was something like...."Kenyan Born...runs for Senate", with his picture beside it.
I have NO POLITICAL AXE to grind, but I am heartsick that so many choose to ignore the facts of this matter, while he is decimating America, a country he clearly hates.

Do you all not realize what is happening. Obama could care less about the Constitution or YOU or I or any of us. He was elected because this country was prepared to accept 'his' change without question starting decades ago. Do you not realize that this will no longer be America? Do you not realize that those who will be lords over us do not hold the same values and ethics as YOU or I do? Disrespect of the president? It is not a man I respect...but the OFFICE and the trust in that position! Google the oath of office and tell me Obama has kept his word. coolcoder, I am not an alarmist, but, just like every prophet in Bible times and modern day "watchmen on the wall", there have always been needs to warn of the danger ahead by "sounding the alarm".
Thanks for your concern and "warning" about my health. No one is giving up without a fight. Too many in our country are complacent and blind to what is happening. They think it can't happen here, but it IS, and, yes, I'm concerned enough to speak about it.

When Bush left office...we had about $500,000,00,000 (thats billions) debt after eight years. Now after less than one year, we have $11,000,000,000,000 (thats TRILLIONS) in debt and showing no sign of stopping, but rather rising!

anniepa, I accord you the same respect, but the key word in your rebuttal is LEGITIMATE. There is nothing legitimate about an illegal candidate subverting our Constitution. The Constitution is the foundational basis for ALL of our law. O has never been and still refuses to be in compliance with the law of the land. Neither have Pelosi, Reid, DNC and other minions. The only trouncing taking place here is of your freedom and our country. This is not a political issue, but a moral one. All law is based on morality - good/evil, right/wrong. It is wrong to violate the Constitution one is sworn to uphold.

YOU personally may not have voted for him as a result of what Oprah has or did say....but her audience is in the hundreds of millions, and many do listen to her and act accordingly.

Fear mongering? If it makes people afraid...maybe they'll investigate and wake up to the danger. Do you not realize that we are about to become non Americans. the champ, Thanks for your encouragement! It is so appreciated. But, I am at my wits'end just now. Millions of us have prayed, BEGGED, plead, yelled, called, written, faxed, e-mailed, assembled and done every peaceful and righteous thing to stand for truth and justice. So many lawsuits were in place BEFORE the sham "election". Yet our Congress and courts, sworn to uphold the Constitution, REFUSE to act to save our freedom and sovereignty.
The worst kind of criminal element has usurped power illegally and there is more than enough proof of exactly how it was done. Nancy Pelosi and the DNC need to be tried for treason, as do O and all those complicit.
We the people do have the Constitutional right to act to save our country, but, I have yet to see a unifying factor. I keep seeing the battered and bloody face of the Iranian student, so tortured, for demanding the right to a free election, and my heart bleeds. Is this what we will have to do, too, because our government is so corrupt? They insult and denigrate us and remain complicit in treason, while millions suffer needlessly at their hand.
I humbly ask you for your ideas and suggestions as to how to proceed to protect and defend our rights and freedom from these intent on destroying us.

Shamsta, I want to thank you for your gracious and insightful response. I certainly agree with you re this being bigger than just Obama. But, I have prayed and prayed for that man to have his heart changed to no avail. There is no question his conscience is seared as Alan Keyes says. He knows just what he is doing and is raking in money and accolades for deceiving the American people and removing our freedoms. The array of murders, suicides, etc. in his wake is devastating.
I am trying to locate a quote from Barney Frank, 2004, I believe attached to the African Sunday Standard newspaper report "Kenyan ready to be senator" in which the ruination of Jack Ryan's career was accomplished by Obama's goons who demanded the Chicago Tribune release information on Ryan's divorce details to destroy him as a candidate so Obama could have a clear field. Frank made a comment then (2004) that showed the dems' intent to push for a candidate "who does not have to be constitution eligible."Yes, we know this has been coming for so long, and this is just part of the total conspiracy to ruin our country by increments, but, still, here and now this guy is the lynchpin and he knows he's afoul of the constitution and can count on destroying us through deceit.
