how do you feel if a close friend is leaving you for ever?

I have experienced this and probably was the worst moment of my life because she was my best friend and guess what we are no more friends. It was she only that we use to talk 18 hours a day and it is now that we have not talked for about an year now. I want her back but can't. We were like oxygen to each other. She use to have bets with her friend that she will talk only 10 hours and she use to loose it. We were addicted to each other. We've been in same college. We've had great outings, ball dancing, flirting, etc etc and all over. I really miss her and just a tear roles inn when I think of her.

i have a friend before we went to the same musical school in a nearby catholic church it was on our elementary level, we parted ways we start our secondary school we were busy with our school activity so we haven't met since that time. i hear from some of my friend that she is suffering from a bone cancer her right extremities has been amputed since then the cancer has already been spreading she died a year after the operation.. i didn't know that until 4 years later, i always been dreaming of her visiting her in there house but it didn't happen until 1 day i met one of our classmate and so i ask my classmate to go with me to visit our friend and she was thinking that i wanted to visit our friend on a the cementery but i made to the point to tell her that i want to see her in their house, she insist of telling me. don't you know? don't you know? i said, what? she said oh! my god! our friend died 4 years ago. tears went out in my eyes, i cried so hard because this friend once save my life when i was drowning in the sea. when we were still together if not with her i shouldn't be alive now..it was the time i stop dreaming of her.. i went to the cementery and telling her how sorry i am that i wasn't their the time she needs a friend...

I am very sorry for your friend and for your grief, too.. of course you feel a shock and grief too in the anticiaption of how he will suffer and how YOU will suffer his loss. We cannot help but care about people and be affected by them in our lives..

We cannot fix the world but we surely don't want pain and suffering for others either. My thoughts are with you.
