Do you think justice is also a essencial character of a teacher?

we usually think the most important character of a teacher should be knowledge.justice should be essencial character of a judge.in fact ,there are many similar of teacher and judge.they all should be justic.try to think if students are unequal in school and university,what would happen?

yes, the justice portion should indeed be present in the teacher as she cannot be injustified with the other students instead treat all of them equal.
especially in giving marks and cutting marks in exams.

Justice in job specialization like being as a teacher is rendering the tantamount sharing value to students on teaching subjects without implementing discrimination. As for example giving free tuition class for those students keen to learn but never score in certain subject or organize group study amongst 'brilliant' and 'weak' student.
Justice property is not satisfaction as an output but it works with systemic procedures and the follow up syllabus or syllable. Similarly to this saying - hard work never tells the success but the results. Justice never tells the truth but the facts and figures.
