When your cat tries to bit you after you stop petting her, it is a "love bite". It is nothing serious but in her mind she is trying to say to you that she loves you and that your petting her makes her love you more. My cats all give me love bites, including my tamed feral cat. He is a total love bug and when I go outside I can hardly walk for his rubbing on my feet and legs. I will stop and pet him, and he gets over stimulated and will try to give me love bites on my leg. It's just part of the cat world, and part of their showing you their emotions.
