I would have the site monitored 24/7/365 and trolls would be kicked out immediately. I would give payout every 12 weeks regardless of what the amount was and I would have a mylot store selling coffe mugs. t shirts, hats etc with mylot written on them. You could use your funds in mylot that were not paid out yet(that 12 weeks)to purcahse them or use paypal.

For instance if we make a typo or want to add something we forgot. Another thing is give us notification when there is a problem with the website, or that they are planning to not update for a weekend.
