female problems...

Hi Miamilady,

There are lots of problems faced by the women in daily life and also
they are suffering very badly in the office as compare with the men.
Most of the times all the company given the difference between the female
and male, particularly most senior post would not be recommended for the
women and also the pay scale also would be much less than the male. So
we are strongly condemn this issue and also would be suffered. So the
company must understand that all the genter are equal and there is no difference
between the women and men with regards to superior post and salary.

Wondering is a normal thing, there are things that we find different so sometimes we ask is this normal. When we find something that we do that is not the usual we find it different. But sometimes different is fun, being beyond normal is fun hahaha as long as people will not see us as crazy then I think that is okay. we are both newbies i see, hope we can be friends. goodluck to the both of us.
