Have you ever read the book or seen the movie "Gone w/ the Wind"?  |

 I have read the book three times so far & I am sure I will read it yet again in the future. The book is sooooo good. I've also seen the movie many times. I used to watch it all the time with my Mom. She is the one who got me into the movie. As I got older I was curious as to what the book was like. I thought it would be boring, but it was anything but. Now I am reading the sequel to GWTW entitled "Scarlett". I am almost finsihed with that so I ran out & baught the 3rd book called Rhett Buttler's People. As you can tell I am a big fan. Does anyone else like either the book, movie, or both?Are you a fan?

My perspective has changed over the years from believing that they would get back together to believing they wouldn't. It was my mom's favorite movie. I have no interest in reading the sequel though. I'd rather leave it be.

i have seen the movie six times and finally i am really curious about the original book.i wondered would it be better than the classic film.well,the book did not fail to fasinate me.i'm deeply touched by the characters and their story.what's more,i learn to be strong minded and independent like scarlette.
and i did fall for rhette butler for a long time.
gone with the wind is really a classic and i guess i will always keep it in my heart!

As I Loved the movie as well as the books this teaches a lot about History that many of us would have never known about otherwise as well.
