 Sweet noodles or Payasam is a special dish we prepare to celebrate birthdays. The ingredients are Milk, noodles, ghee, sugar, cashews, rasins, and cardomom powder. It is very easy to prepare. I like to have it cold.

| daliaj (2853) | 2 months ago | If you are a person who likes sweet dishes, you will definitely like. See the other responses below. You can make it easily.
1. Let the noodles cook in milk and little bit of water.
2. Once it is cooked add some ghee to the mix.
3. Insert cashews and rains which are already fried in ghee.
4. Put little bit of cardomom powder and mix it.
5. Add sugar of your taste.
Let it cool for soemtimes and have it. It is very tasty. | |

We make it often and do not wait for an occassion. As our family is a sweet tooth we relish it at any time of the day. A cold vermicelli payasam tastes excellent. Try it if you have not tasted it that way.

Most of the peoples would love to taste the sweet noodles
especially in the functions or birthdays party, so this kind of sweet
noodles would be served in the cold condition in order to have more taste.
I used to taste this from the hotel and also they are making this dish very
wonderful and also it has been served in the cold conditions. So many more
times I used to enjoy this with additional to my main meals in the function too.
So I wish to have this sweet noodles more and more time in order to enjoy
the taste of this by the taste buds. Wishing best of luck to have the many more

I have also heard that people saying who dont eat payasams dont like their mothers and they get apart from her. Dont now how far is this is true

I never heard nor tried Payasam noodles but If suki is only here I'll ask him to cook for us. but, i tried some of Indian food and it taste good, pretty sure payasama is palatable. Actually i haven't tried any sweet noodles, only spicy and i love it!
