is slow music gives relife??

I do believe that is the general belief of many but for some other person it could be the opposite.

I see people that love strong/rock songs to soothe/relax themselves. I think it is an individual preference what kind of music relieves him/her.

Rather I am happy or not I like the same music which is rock and types closest to rock

Yes..!slow music give us relief it make us calm and have a very peaceful mind over loud music make us strong throw all the emotion..

I do like to change the volume of music according the moods that changes in me. Mostly I do hear slow music while sleeping or just relaxing. Fast music I would be much active like doing any exercise or just like to dance. It all depends upon my change in moods.

Yes it is true, I am feeling that way too. I would rather to hear slow music when I get stress than an out loud music. Makes my nerve relieves just like the slow musics impact me, there is many research about slow music can bring the peaceful in your mind, you can google it..:))happy listening...
