I don't know for sure, if I am suffering from insomnia, or just feel a little hard to fall asleep quickly. Almost everyday, I could not fall asleep after going through about an hour, and often wake up from sleep. I will try tips from you, and hope to help the problems I experience, thanks the tips you give.
