Do U Believe December 21, 2012, The END OF THE WORLD!!!!! Maya Calender says

I don't have any clue. But the Bible said that no one can predict when will be the last day of the Earth. So i think i will try the Bible before these predictions.

I don't believe that. But let me tell you one thing, this same topic is put for discussion almost every day here in mylot! And this is the first time I'm responding to one. It's an interesting thing to knwo. The world ending, and on December 21 2012!

Me too. I don't believe in December 21, 2012 predictions because I've heard a lot of predictions before and I almost thought that its the end of the world. But it scared me a lot because of the evidences of scientists. I'm just hoping that it wouldn't happen because I'm so young to die! I have a lot of dreams to fulfill!:)

I don't believe it. It's just a hoax just to let people scared. Just like the Y2K bug. Did it really come true? Then for sure another hoax!

I don't believe the date given at all.But I do belive the world will end someday.We must accpet the fact that there is no immortallity in this world except god.

I also often heard on December 21,2012, I've read the article from one of the novel. However, until now, I do't believe, so until whenever, I will never believe. I only believe in God,about the end of the world, and if it happens in the next day, next year or 2012, it is the will of God.

Hi life, While there is much talk about this, I personally don't believe that the world will end in 2012. People have been making predictions regarding the end of the world for centuries and nothing has ever happened. It's true that Scientists have studied the Mayan calender and other things about that great civilization, for they were a very wise people. However, I don't think that any scientist believes that it will be the end of the world, in fact I feel certain that the Mayans didn't mean it that way either. There are no doubt some changes coming indeed many have already started, and that may have been their meaning. There is however nothing to be afraid of and the changes, whatever they are, may well be better for humanity. There are always those who get all the signals wrong, as well as those who just like to scare people. The end of this world for all of us will be when we die and since physical death comes to everyone many living today will be dead by 2012. Do not be scared as there is nothing to fear, live life to the fullest and treat others the way you want to be treated but don't fear 2012 or any other year or day. Always be positive for good things are coming, indeed some are happening right now. Blessings.

Well, I am not quite sure whether this will happen or not, but thing has surely gained the attention of the winewood. I heard there is a movie about this particular event and many of my friends are very impressd with the movie. I will be watching it soon too.

I've heard this said by lots of people and read it on the Internet. But, nobody knows when the world will end but God, so let's let him take care of it. He may come back for his Saints in the rapture by then, but we don't even know that. Even Jesus doesn't know when he'll appear in the clouds to take them home. There will be a 7 year tribulation after that on earth, so how could it end in 7 years - that is, civilization vanishing! I'm sure things will change by then (look at today and the happenings that we thought we'd never see), but it won't be the life on earth disappearing, just perhaps some of them.

I beleive what the Bible says. The literal earth is to be permanent. Ec.1:4; ps.104:5. It was mankind in Noah's day that was destroyed not the earth. 2Pe.3:5-7; Ge.7:23. The wicked will be destroyed but a great crowd to survive. 2Ti.1:6-9; Re.7:9,14.
This is what Jahovah says. Who cares what the mayans say? They had to end the calendar somewhere.
