i do think that being happy is a decision..but its almost always hard to act it out..

Hey Trensue! I am here to help try to keep your "happy day"
going! I do hope that I'm not too late! I hope you are having
a happy and productive day! I am personally not going to dare
try to dump my crap on you to dare ruin it for you! It is already
8:00pm and I am getting some dinner together and listening to
the pouring rain come down while I am sitting in my kitchen/office
mylotting away for the 1/2 or 1/4 pennies that they are now
paying these days! But, for you I am doing it with a smile since
you are one of my most favorite friends here and I mean that
from the bottom of my heart! I am watching my silly cat Luna
roll around on the carpet, which I call "dancing" because he
does that when he is happy! So me, Luna and his brother Star
are sending you positive waves of happiness your way! So you

If your negative, frowning and down in the dumps, thats they way your whole day will go, its also the way people around you will act.
