Do you walk Bare footed? |
|
Hey guys, Its a small thing that I notice. When I visit my friends' homes, I use to notice whether the different family members using some kind of sleepers or not. I saw many people here who do not bother to wear sleepers or something while going to toilet. But in home, I like to walk bare footed, those cool sensations, I like that as homes are generally kept clean. Well, I met a small kid, she was like never put off her sandals. It was a funny experience. But when living in hostel, I use my sandals every time I walk on the floor because everybody knows how bachelors keep their rooms. LoL

3. zausiu (171) | 2 months ago | I remember when I was a kid I liked to put off my shoes and ran everywhere. So it formed calluses underfoot. Then I boasted to my friends that I could step on broken glass. I got gratification it made me look brave. I now wear slippers at home.

therisingsun (306) | 2 months ago | Thanks for sharing your experience. Yeah, kids generally avoid any kind of wearings in feet. But now we are grown up and can't do so, may be due to society.

4. enigma1987 (207) | 2 months ago | Yes I do walk barefooted most of the time. I love walking without my shoes on there is this beautiful sensation I get in my feet when i walk barefooted. It feels like the nerves and muscles in my feet get massaged when I walk barefooted. It is really a nice feeling but I'm always wary about the places that I go on barefoot. For example I could never go to the bathroom barefooted.

therisingsun (306) | 2 months ago | Even I enjoy walking barefooted for the sake of such sensations but the condition is that the place must be completely free of any line of dust.

6. nrtan2000 (1027) | 2 months ago | I never really liked walking on barefoot unless if the floor is really covered up with mats. I really dont like getting my foot dirty and even when i go to beaches i dont like wearing slippers and would even prefer to wear shoes because i dont like getting sands in my slippers. Since the floor here in our house is not covered with mat i never walk around barefooted.

7. getbrowser (1425) | 2 months ago | If the weather is permitting, I prefer going barefoot.
I remember that I often walked Bare footed when I was very young. But now, you know, I live in Harbin, the capital of the Heilongjiang Province in Northeast China. There is so cold and winters here are often snowy. Of course, it is not very conducive to barefooting. But if I have any chances, I will tend to go barefoot again.
Happy myLotting! my friend!

8. pkc3000 (1190) | 2 months ago | hi friend very good topic & question. I have also noticed that in few family all members are wearing sleepers or sandals in their home. someone feels it is a sign of aristocracy but wearing sleepers in house somebody feels it bad. Several times I have made argument amongst friends. I personally feel it that wearing sleepers is not a bad habit though I am not using sleepers in my own house. I can not walk in bare foot. But once in year for seven days I walk in bare foot while going to holiest pilgrims . pkc3000
