PSP or Play Station 2 ...... Which you prefer...??

i have played play station 2 for almost 6 years,and i also played psp.now,if you want me to play ps2 or psp,i'll choose ps2 without hesitation.ps2 has more fun,there is bigger screen,and more comfortable operation feelings.and for some games,psp has no R2 button,that's terrible.but psp is easy to take to anywhere,if you spend time home,just give up.unless you are rich to afford a psp and don't care the cost at all,you also can buy a ps3.LOL.by the way,i have used a psp for 1 month,and until now i don't want to palyed any more...

i prefer playstation 2 because you attached it in tv where you found loud music best picture quality against a portable playstation. have a nice day dude

To tell you, almost all psp games are available on ps2 but numerous ps2 games are available on psp . A great disadvantage in psp is its missing right analogue stick (i call it missing). There are some games in play station 2 that we wonder what would be the reason to create such a stupid small kid game like the liberty city stories and vice city stories of grand theft auto, they are created for psp and you can get them for your ps2 . But you cant play first person shooters so its a big no no from me . Dude just count on your fingers the games you played that didnt require the r3 button or the analogue itself! Ps2 is better man!

PSP has more use nowadays, you could listen to music, watch movies, and yeah, play games.. The problem is that it really is missing some buttons that adds more features to a game.

The problem with the PS2 now is that it's behind today's standards. Even here in my place, few sells PS2 games. Stores are more on PC, PSP, and PS3 now. And there are PSP versions of PS3 games as well such as Tekken 6 and Assasin's creed.

Should there be some kind of time warp though, and PSP and PS2 were both in their prime, I'll guarantee PS2 ALL DAY!! If you haven't played Ps2 games I recommend PS@ to you.. It's good..

A psp is like a portable ps2.i would suggest that u get a psp because i own one.It is also an ipod,camera,mp3 and mp4 player all packed in one small enough device.As a matter of fact sony jus launch its latest version to the psp,which is called the "psp go".I will surely get me one of those.Get a psp.Thats the bottom line.You will not regret.

If you are a die-hard gamer, then I think PSP is a nice thing as it will give you games to play with whenever you are not at home while travelling and won;t be devoid of the gaming experia. So, If you already have a PS2, then go for a PSP, since I also had a Playstation 2 but its lens and motor were damaged and it has a lot of cast in repairing. So, I too intend to buy a PSP now until I have my funds raised again. I think PSP3000 is a nice one to buy now!!

I would definitely pick the PS2 over the PSP any time. I personally have owned both consoles in the past, and absolutely loved the PS2 much more than the PSP.

For me, I found that the PSP severely struggled with a distinct lack of games when compared to the PS2's overwhelming games library. Although the PSP has a great advantage in the fact that it's extremely portable (obviously), and can be played anywhere, I personally had far more fun and was entertained far more with my PS2.

Plus, think how cheap PS2 games can be purchased nowadays. For the PSP, you'll still be expected to shell out $15 for a single game, yet on the PS2, there are thousands of timeless gems available for as little as $1!

psp, because u can play on TV (like ps2) and have lot ps2 games (some diferences), psp u can use for lot ways, like internet,read pdf,pics etc
