Doing anything new for Christmas?

We appreciate a Christmas where we have love ones to care for and cherish. Our world is relatively benign compared to what others have to live with. We sometimes forget here in the land of the free. My parents are still alive although we do not celebrate like normal families, I was raised a jehovah's witness and do not celebrate Christmas. Jehovahs Witnesses believe Christmas was a pagan, sinful holdiday.

But our family manages to spend some time working out our issues together. We have a similar gathering minus the wine, cheese, bisquits and good movie. Substitute coke, chicken, wings, fried rice, and holiday football on the tv.

Getting used to not celebrating like everyone else takes a strong perspective. As a kid growning up Im not sure I understood. My kids today would have trouble understanding but if it was presented to them like it was presented to us, maybe they would be okay.With all that goes on in their lives I try my best to give them Christmas as many days as I can.

Um I don't do Christmas, remember. so that means that I don't buy gifts. And you wanted to know what cards that I read. I already said tarot cards or are you wondering what style of deck I'm using. If that is the case I'm using the Rider Waite deck.

I mean do you do horoscopes and numerology . What is the science of tarot cards?Does it have more signifigance during the holidays? I have a newsmagazine I do. I wanted to include an article about astrology. I want to talk to and include an expert.

No I don't do horoscopes or numerology, although I do know a little bit about numerology. I'm not understanding when you say "what is the science of tarot cards". You mean how do they work? As for the busy time of the year, it's not because it's getting close to Christmas, it's because it's getting close to the end of the year. People want to know if the rest how the rest of the year is going to pan out. The beginning of the new year is a busy time too because it's a new year and people want to know what is in store for them. Tarot is about getting answers to help you see clearly on the issues as to what you need to do in order for you accomplish what ever it is that you want to achieve.

We can try to ignore it but thats impossible everytime we see the lights, hear the carols, we think about the make believe world we wish we lived in.

If your like most people it gives us a chance to reflect and take stock of our lives. Were off from work, the kids are off from school, and everyone is reflecting.

No matter our faith, the symbilism of the holidays tugs at our heart of love, responsibility and altruism. It is a time, if we can still feel, where we wish for a better world.

My belief is, the Internet makes Christmas more distant aand less human. Its too easy to stow away at our computer and hide away from Human interaction. Our there places that can give a rewarding Internet Christmas experience? I laugh at the people that sream and yell in chatroomslike their conversation has anything real and tanglable to hold onto. Occasionly we can find an internet connection worth holding on too. But mostly not, Where are the good shopping places?

I appreciate being alive this Christmas and to be able to formulate new plans and new ways to proceed. We pray for a happy and joyous Christmas for all.

MyLot is one of the sights where you dont get bored and can get some measure of truth and freedom. During Cgristmas time its good to have aplace to go and interact vitually with people even in a limited way.

One of the great beauties of Christmas is the decoration and the lights. Here in Houston there are several streets where everyone lights up and decorates their home. Its a great tourist attraction. People from aroung the world come to it.

We've seen a giant santa and snowman littered with sparkling, illuminated lights. There are luminescent Candy canes and reindeer sparkling with red, blue and silver lights. Mostly there are long limbs of lights crossing from tree to tree and connected across to the trees on the otherside. Its a grand spectacle of b euaty and design.

Never appreciate Christmas as much as I am this year. More appreciative of still being here in decent health and able to reflect.

The holidays are a special time for parents to bring in the family and reflect on how they have lived their jouney. Around you, you have children, nieces, nephews and friends. The memories, and the reminesceing goes on and oftrn of the road forward usually comes into focus. If you spend your time balanced it usually restarts your battery ifyou overextend in frivolity you may need the rest of the year to recharge.
