do you think "IT" is going to boom up in coming years?

IT industry has to improve with the other business industry, as and when the industry grows, the IT also will grow, so the growth of IT industry is dependent on the growth of other sectors. Presently the other sectors slowly growing, hence there are lots of scope for the IT industry to boom again.

The Information Technology as a field has boomed already and is going strong. Information Technology is one of the field that is in-demand right now. The world has not been saturated when it comes to information technology and it has still a lot of places and people to reach. It may have suffered a slight down turn but quickly recovered and is flying or soaring high.

i feel that IT field will still continue to boom up, it is visible at least here in our country since most of the jobs that is advertised on newspapers and on the internet is mostly IT related.

Definitely it will still be the most important job. No matter what happen to the economy as long as people needs computers. Companies still needs an IT to boost their profit. I think IT people is next to CEO as the most important people in a company.

I feel in 2011 all IT sector is boom up again. I'm also belong to IT sector all think is good after some time.

Personally think that the IT industry is a declining industry will not. As long as there is science and technology in development, it will flourish.

I think that IT is constantly improving and yes things are difficult right now but it won't always be like this. Technology is changing all the time and things can only get better over the coming years! I have a strong interest in IT and I'm trying to get into the industry but it is difficult at the present time. I'm not going to quit though and I'm going to try and keep hope alive within myself. Every profession has its own ups and downs..Likewise, now the Information technology is down and that too, such situation is created by the IT industries of some countries.The need of computer will ever reduce hereafter..It will be up very soon, when the 'so called' recession is ended.I wish for that also.Because, I lost my job as my company terminated 100s of the staff with the reason of 'cost cutting' recently..We are not able to enter into some other companies also for the same reason.Hope everything will be normal very soon.
