If you plan to work and live in the city, you could consider either buying a flat or renting one based on your financial status. Or if you plan to buy one, you could try to get some loan from the local bank like most of us people do in China and pay for the loan month by month including the bank interest till you are done with it in a few years. I think that it is better to possess a house of your own so that you don't have to pay for the rent. Besides, city life is more exciting and colorful though it is stressful and fast. You won't lose any money getting a house of your own because the value goes up all the time in our country, so I think that it is the same in yours. Yes? | |
