I know Mylot say the system cannot be abused, but methinks thats wishful thinking, and a far more knowledgeable person than I am suggested it would be naive of me not to think its happening,
People who hit that neg button do indeed influence what we get paid,

For them to be aware of it then there must already be such a gadget. Whether they use it and act on the results... who knows?

Do you think its fair that you should earn less than someone with a nine or 10 star for the same input, because I sure as hell dont.

Just like there are some with low stars that are victims and do not deserve what they have, there are also those at the other end of the scale. There are many blues absolutely and completely 100% unworthy of the blue that they have. One of them lost his account for plagiarising all his posts last week

Seems to me that a program installed on the profile page wouldn't be able to tell anything about how people rated your posts, but could theoretically tell you if they visited any of your posts from links on your activity sortie.

They are great, my husbands bank has a call center in India, he phoned one night
Realised it was in India, and got the bank guy to help him with a router problem!!

Well this is of course true, Hypothetically speaking action would have to be taken against those people abusing the system

It really is quite frustrating when that happens, especially if you have not engaged in any controversial discussions or have not knowingly been mean or rude to anyone. I hope that things get better for you soon, and if the hypothetical device does get installed and works, then I hope myLot takes action against the individuals responsible for your trouble.
