Whom do you love most? your mom? dad? wife? friend? well I will say that I am in love with myself and I really love me when I see myself on mirror. Its always a great thing to love yourself because when you love yourself it brings a self confidence in you to overcome all.

Not only in her book, but in her DVD of the same name she says the exact thing and especially for people who may have a low self-esteem...that being one should stand in front of a mirror and say nothing but positive things to oneself, and especially to say I love you. So often we are so negative about ourselves the thing is if we don't love ourselves how can we expect anyone else to love us?
