Hello my fellow mylotters, I would like to know this. I have been experiencing some noises or groans in my stomach. I would really like to know what causes those groans in the stomach. Hi there, when my stomach makes noises it means it's hungry LOL. Then there are times it means it has lots of air bad air that is. And most times it will go away if we burp or fart. Sometimes I put liniment on my stomach to help ease out the grumbling.
