Right now you can only upload them when you start a discussion. They must be relevant to the topic and not covered by copyright and you will see the box where you can upload them right under the one where you type your topic.

However, while starting a discussion, you may add pic using the button just below the response box near the left hand side. Just click that, add photo and then click start discussion after the photo has been uploaded?
