I've learned about the way our bodies work, well not everything, but I'll share with you how to lose weight safely. Whatever you want your body weight to be, say like 165 pounds add a zero to that and that's how many calories you should be intaking per day 1650 calories! Plus add at least 30 minutes of cardio to that and it will speed up the weight loss. A meal plan I reccommend is Breakfast 1 egg, 1/12 grapefruit, 1 slice of whole grain toast and a cup of tea or coffee (no sugar), for lunch a turkey sandwich on whole grain and some fresh fruits and vegetables as a side. Dinner should be a lean meat and two vegetables, have fruit for desert and fruits and veggies for snacks throughout the day. I've lost 27 pounds this way. I'm up to 45 minutes of workouts per day now. Just take it slow, this will also train your mind and body to eat healthy for the rest of your life. Stay away from saturated fats, limit sugars. Keep the carbs, protiens and small amounts of fat, such as real butter, real mayo, but in moderation. Good luck to you!!
