my weight was increase 3 kg. Maybe it since i always eating at night before sleep. I don't know why recetly i like eating too much then before. I wanna my weight lost 3 kg or maybe more than it. Can you tell how to lose my weight fastly and safely? Thanks

Recently I on a writing spree on losing weight, manage to write 18 articles on losing weight. I guess 3kg is not such a big deal. You can go on a 3 days cleansing program to flush out all the wastes in your intestines and colon. All those undigested food will be flush out as well. i guess you can lose 3 to 5kg this way. if you want a slower method, just cut away all the sugar from your diet. Eat watery/soupy meal, such as porridge, then you will feel full without gaining too much calories. If you feel like eating something at night, try to make a cup of peppermint infusion. No calorie, no fat, strong taste to stop you from craving anything else.

I'm also want to lose weight because I gained so much weight this year. I need to lose weight because it is not good for my health. Right now I tried to cut down my rice intakes and my sugar. Christmas is approaching I'm a bit worried because during this time I gain so much weight because foods are around and hard to resist.

At last count, I have 24 articles on weight loss in Hubpages, all written within the last few days. Now I heartily sick of this subject. It seems that they are so many things to talk about weight loss, especially when people do not want to exercise and cut down on food. Anyway, you are on the right track to lose weight, just add in a few minutes of walking and stairs climbing.

Needless to say, changing your eating habit at night. Don't eat too much snack before you go to bed. And keep on exercising if you have spare time. I would like to move my body to lose extra calories. I felt like I gain a lot of weight lately too. Not good for my image.

The thing that worked for a friend of mine was to drink water all day rather than any drink with the sugar in as that helps to keep flushing the body out.It do take time to lose weight no matter what things you try,but the water trick worked for her she has lost 3 stone in 6 months.
