Any alternatives to hitting yor child when they make u anger or do somethng bad

I suppose you could always do some heavy duty cleaning. This will blow off your steam. Once you're not so upset, you can then go deal with your child. You'll just have to make sure you child doesn't think they're getting away with murder when you're doing this. You also don't want to get so into gaining your cool that you'll forget why you're mad in the first place.

Give him/her some work like clean the house or wash the toilet or stuff like that, that will make him good
