What do you make with fish?

Nothing too exciting, just a little butter and season salt to cook it and usually rice and a vegetable to go with it.

Fish is good especially when cooked in a delicious taste. Tonight, we will have fish for dinner and when I read your post, I think that I will have the time to cook fish. I don't know much about different recipe's for fish. I just know that I can cook a fish by frying, by grilling and some basic cooking. I guess, I would put some tomatoes and something to make it tastier better than ever.

The only fish we eat is tuna to go with a salad as well as battered cod from the chip shop.I never cook fish myself.

I flavor it with bread crumbs. I also add lemon juice. I serve it with french fries and make corn bread (I have a recipe that I created). If you are interested I can send you a private email with the recipe. I make fish at least once a week and make it at home because it saves us a lot of money. My husband and I eat at home quite a bit because of the economy.

One of my all time favorite fish to eat is catfish...I usually dredge it in cornmeal and oven fry it. And nothing goes better with catfish than hush puppies...and usually some sort of vegetable as well. Oh, my haven't had catfish in ages and now I'm hungry for it...LOL. Your dinner sounds terrific

I make a sauce with butter, mayonaise, lemon juice, basil, garlic, and salt and pepper and then i pour it over the fish and bake it in the oven....my husband loves it...i dont eat fish myself!!

I like fish stick (cod) sandwiches with jalapeno tartar sauce or Ranch dressing. Normally, I make catfish (I used to be afraid as well due to my love for cats and dislike of bones but for the past 10 yrs...mm mm good) with a flour and cajun seasoning and lightly brown in pan.

If things are prosperous,I might have crab cakes or shrimp with it. If not, maybe fries or potato salad.

I may have to start trying out haddock.:)

I grill my fish in a non stick pan with no butter or oil and just dip it in alittle of Koops Arizona Heat Mustard. I seldom have a side with it and if I do it is green leaf lettuce or any other dark green raw lettuce. Baked beans do sound good though but since I cook for one I keep it simple.

You could poach the fish in milk,steam it.or put in with potatoe,cheese and beaten egg mashed together with butter and baked till brown on top,that is really nice.Another way to cook it is in white sauce with prawns.
