do you think it is good to OBEY FIRST before you COMPLAIN? |
|
My co mylotters, there are things that we should believe what is good. Do you consider the statement OBEY FIRST BEFORE YOU COMPLAIN? I know we have choices to follow on our own.
I really experienced this command during my Military training subject. I really hate this statement! hehehe. Yeah, it seems the officers are taken for granted about their rules.
How about you? Do you obey first before you complain? You can give also some situations here...
I wait all of your responses... Happy mylotting!

pede_22 (156) | 2 months ago | Aheheh... You're right. if it's actually for the good so why obey? Hmm, why follow if you can take the lead, right? It's actually our choices... Anyway, thank you for responding. Happy mylotting!

BART78 (1239) | 2 months ago | ..yeah thats also healthy to lead, but if theirs somebody spearheading better follow it as long he/she is leading you the right way rather than grab the flag and relead, ayt?

pede_22 (156) | 2 months ago | We have some choices to make. So, it's better to think it properly before doing anything else. If we just follow them then there's nothing wrong but it depends upon the situation, right? Happy mylotting!

2. repzkoopz (1054) | 2 months ago | it really depends on the person really.. specially if you're not in the military.. but if you're in a company, group, or organization that applies such discipline, then theres no way to get away from it. "discipline" because it requires such, and much respect to the person, or "rank", giving the order.

3. trilliansramblings (154) | 2 months ago | I definitely complain first, then I obey (usually). In my job, I have the technical knowledge and my higher-up bosses don't know much. Sometimes they'll ask me to do something that is just plain wrong or needlessly messy. Whenever they tell me something like this I try to explain to them why it's wrong or useless, and then I usually do it anyway. Then a few weeks later they realize their mistake and I can go back to doing things the right way. Now my immediate supervisor (who has technical knowledge) has gotten good at arguing with the higher-up bosses, so I don't have to deal with this much anymore.

4. getbrowser (1425) | 2 months ago | Yes, I can't agree with you anymore.
Usually, I have to obey first for various reasons, but then I will complain. For most people, we have choices to follow on our own, however, we want to do it this way, but we can not do it that way. Sometimes, we have to obey command instead of following our own ideas. If one only tend to complain without any actions, I think them as lacking a sense of responsibility.
Happy myLotting!
