What's the meaning of "MLM"

hi.. multi-level marketing is the application of establishing partners to work with you.. This is where the pyramid scheme comes in.. but first I want you to understand that not all MLM companies using pyramid scheme are scams.. It's just how they establish people to work with them or work for them.. In here, you let your money work for you not you working for money.. you can read great ideas about MLM in other sites..

While you may get a better description I will give you what I know about it.

Multi-level marketing is very close to what a pyramid scheme is. Each member makes money off what the people below them sell. The difference between it and the pyramid scheme is that you are trying to sell a product. A pyramid scheme is illegal because no product is involved. Money that is made comes from people buying into it.

Say the product you are selling cost $15.00. For each sale you make of that product every body that is in your up-line will get a portion of that, say .10 cents.
Likewise for every product that is sold by people that are in your down-line you make a percentage of that product. So the more you have in your down line the more you make.

Say you have talked 5 people into working under you. Each make a sale. You would then get .10 cents for each sale. However say each of those people talk 5 more into working under them. Now you have 26 people in your down-line. And it would continue like that.

This is just an example but you can see why it appeals to so many people. The problem is that very few ever develop a down-line that will really make them money.
It takes people who know how to sell an idea and a product and they are hard to find. I hope this makes sense. I tried one of these once and it went nowhere. I spent more buying the product than I could ever make from a down-line. A salesman I am not.

You can easily understand by a tree .. a tree have many branches.. and branches also have many sub branches.....

see in graph .. when ever a tree branches increase then tree increase also...


that all in marketing ... i am starter of tree i have 5 referral and they all have another 5 referral each... means i followed by 25 peoples and make profit from different level strategy..


each MLM have site have this concept....

Ex: If they want $3 for registration and then give $1 for each referral for their referral you get $0.50 and stater get more profit ... higher level get more money...

MLM is chain of affiliate program.first you have to register yourself in particular company after you can refer others.based on your refers activity you get money or other things providing by company.

I personally feels that it's a great business opportunity and it will hold major share in global business in coming years...

MLM or Network Marketing companys, don't pay the radio, tv, or newspapers to advertise for them, instead they pay that portion of money to their "distributors" so instead of radio ads, they get "word of mouth" advertising, some will even pay you to find them a new distributor, but watch out for those ones, make sure always the money you get is the commission from a PRODUCT sale.

It is a industry that pays you based on your ability to form relationships with people. It has great return, though their are great risks. The compensation structure is different for every company, sorry I am going to through some lingo in here. There are MATRIX plans, BINARY plans, STAIR STEP BREAK A WAY plans, AUSSIE 2 UP plans(these are mostly scams) and each of those has about 100 variations.

You can make a lot of money if you build your relationships well. In any of these plans.
