Hi everyone, I have been on this braces about three years now to adjust the spacing of my lower teeth. This was put on before I got married. I really wanted to remove this on my wedding since I do not wanted to smile with my braces on. But I have done nothing with it, I have it on my wedding, good thing my pictures still look good and my braces was not that ovous since it is on the lower teeth. This morning I had a visit with my dentist and the good news is that after two weeks I could remove my braces already. I feel so excited. I really wanted to feel how goot it is again to eat and smile without your braces. How about you, did you ever experience having braces? How do you feel having those? Does it affect your physical features? How many years were you on your braces? And what are the pains you experience having them?

Wow! Congratulations. Ive been putting off having braces but now that Im hopefully graduating I do plan on getting it within the next year. I just hope that I dont have to wear it for that long though cause there are events that I do wish to have pictures without braces on. I wouldnt know how Id look like with braces though. Im just not used to it I guess but I really want to improve the alignment in the teeth.
Anyway, having braces on your wedding day would be hardly noticeable most especially when the bride is blooming and looking radiant. It might actually add to the effect of being adorable.LOL That's just my opinion on the matter anyway.
Congratulations again in getting your braces off finally. Hello to perfectly aligned teeth. Take care always.^_^

Thanks a lot... Thank you for that complement... Yes braces could really help alligning our teeth.
But one thing I have to tell you about braces, they are very painful. Don't you know that I get fever for a week, after the day I had that braces. I feel that as if my teeth were moving, that my gums were not that hard anymore. I could not even eat for it was very painful to bite or chew. I just eat noddles and brown rice pudding for the whole week.LOL...The pain always comes back whenever your elastic bonds will be replace every month.
But all that experiences are worth it.

Yikes, you make it sound like torture.
I have heard of stories that it is indeed painful but they just say that one will get used to it. You had fever for a week huh.. Nah, Ill just have to bear it as well. Im determined to get perfectly aligned teeth.

wow congratulations then. I had also well aligned teeth. But after I ask the doctor to pull off my one molar, I then tried on the braces. To move all my teeth to make them compress to hide the space from the pull off teeth so by that I won't ware falls tooth...
So you should always take good care of your teeth so you won't have any problems that would require you braces.
Thank you for responding and Good bless.
