We Get Additional Cents For Best Response?? What Do You Think?

Most of the time they have maintainance during weekends. I have seen two discussions and they are complaining that they're earnings our going down. One possible reason in that situation is that some of their discussions and responses were deleted. Mine has increase, maybe in few hours, the earnings will go back to normal rate.But i will try to observe, if my earnings did not change till tomorrow evening, this only means to say or I therefore comclude that we can get additional earnings when we are marked by other members of best response. I think Mysdiamit is online now and maybe she is just busy responding to other discussions, I know when she saw this discussion, she will clarify to us. thanks for your input. happy mylotting!

Mysdiamait is online i think, i saw she responded in some of the discussions, 30 minutes ago. Maybe she is just busy in doing something now. I am also not familiar on what time is it in Italy now.I hope she can help us with this concern, i know she is the only one who can make it clear.

I try and help out explaining the Guidelines and what we can do to try and have more fun here but, just like everyone else, unless admin decides one day to tell us (which I very much doubt ) I am ignorant like we all are about earnings. Quite honestly I prefer not knowing as it makes myLot even more fun to explore and learn about how to improve ourselves

Hi,after gone through all the responses till now on this page,i think this is the time for attend Admin to clarify the doubt,because it is related to earnings.I too add here that many of the members who posted responses for this discussions are all experienced and have a capacity to give analytical responses.I don't wish that this discussion will remain without conclusion or get the doubt clear.Bye.

I doubt that admin are keen to display all their cards. That when they are so trusted by us mylotters. Let it remain mystery!!!

Wow! that's great to hear. So we can now conclude that when we are marked as best response, we get additional earnings for that. It is really great. I think I would prefer responding to discussion now rather than making my own discussion, lolI will make it sure that the starter of the discussion will choose me as the best response in his/her discussion. Just imagine, if you will be getting 10 best response in a day, you will get an additional earnings of 20 cents,on top of your earnings for all the activities you had in the site.

Wow, i must do something to get more best responses, this sounds like fun, probably the admin won't tell us what is going in their heads... hehe... but it is making it a lot more interesting, though i think many of us would not want to find out what is going on but would definitely like to have some fun earning a little mysterious way, making mylot all the more interesting.

Let us make a good response all the time so that we will earn more. The happiness for getting a BR is an extra bonus.

That is also what i know before, when someone has rated you as best response, you get your star increase in a few days, but i have discovered new things right now, we can earn when someone has marked us as best response. Actually,I have no activity for the last day, but my earnings has increase, and I checked on my best response and I got two today, and then i therefore conclude that we get two cents for every best response that we get. So I now, I prefer responding discussion rather than making my own discussion.lol

rebron, I doubt that the star ranking increases when you get a BR. I have added many feathers to my cap but no changes in my ranking. Or maybe I have bad records that my star ranking is frozen.

So, we get additional cents from best response which you said 2cents right.
If that so, I think I also agreed that response to other discussions is better.

As far as I know, they don't update the stars at once, they normally do it in few days. Or other thing that happen is even you get best response, when you respond to other discussions and they gave you negative ratings, still it will be counted on your ratings. They will base the number of your positive rating and best responses versus your negative ratings. But you may try to monitor then.

Just like you, i am not that observant as well. It just came to a point that I did not go online and I happen to remember my earnings on the last two days, When I log in today it has an increase of 2 cents and then I decided to respond in one discussion, after few hours my response was chosen as best response and then additional two cents was added to my earnings. That is why, I came to realize that we get additional earnings in best response. But still i am not so sure of it, i still have to monitor my earnings until tomorrow and find out if there will be changes.

Actually,we have one responder in this discussion, the second responder I think, conclude that she has also the same experience with me, her earnings also increase when she receive the best response today. With my experience, I do not have activity for the past one day, but my earnings has increase. It means to say that earnings came from the best response,but i will try to monitor my earnings till tomorrow and find out if this earnings is really for best response.

That's actually what I tried to say. There are strong indications that best responses are compensated as well.

I also experience fluctations and increase even it is not the time to update earnings.But with me,its different, i have an increase not the same as it happened before just like 1 to two cents only, This time i got 4 cents and i do not have an activity yesterday. So i do not know where this earnings came. I tried to check everything. I did not even make mylot task, the only possible thing that the earnings came is from the best response that i got. But still i cannot conclude it is from that activity. I still have to discover it.

hmm.. looking at all the responses, i guess your question is left to be answered indefinitely.

Actually there are still other option aside from the best response,you can still give postive response,how will you do it? after the response of the member,at the bottom of it, you will see the + and - sign, you can choose the + rating if you really like the response of that member. I used it most of the time to appreciate the effort of the responder,as what I did to your response. You really have to think to whom are you going to give the best response.

What I am curious of is that i do not have an acivity for the last day and i got an increase of four cents and which I do not know where the increase came from. And then I tried to check all my activities and then I saw two best responses, and then I assumed that it migh came in that activity, it is really hard to conclude, i will try to respond to other discussions and if i will be chosen as best response, i will monitor if my earnings will increase.lol

Hmmmm... maybe you have a point, it might be a "recalculation"?But as far I know, they don't do it. what i am really wondering is that i don't have an activity yesterday, and the only thing that i have notice is I got 2 best responses today, that is why I came to conclude that the earnings came from those two activies.

lolI have been here for quite sometime but I do not know about it. I hope someone will clarify this to us. You know why i am confuse? i do not have an activity yesterday and my earnings increase. Even it is just four cents, you will still wonder where it came from,that is why i came to realize that the earnings came from that activity.
