Are you happy with your MyLot star?

How does one get a star because I would like one :)

I think my first star when I reached the 100th post was 7. Then, when I posted a controversial discussion, my star level has suddenly dropped to 6, but I think because of I was rewarded BR three times in a row, suddenly my star jumped to 8 and my earnings increased a bit. After a while, I just participated as much as I could and I rated every discussion I responded to and I got 9 stars in no time and recently, I am so happy because my star color now is blueee...

I have had a 9 on my star for so long now I had forgotten I had a 10 once. Thanks for reminding me. Ha Ha It bothered me for a long time wondering why I got knocked down but after a year of wondering and never finding out why I moved on and now I don't really care either way. I suppose if I looked one day it was lower I would get upset. I'm like that.

I love my star as it has been thus since the stars were introduced. Recently it turned blue and I complained. Somebody heard and now I'm red again, though my reputation is same. Seems I'm on a boundary! In my language it's called something like having laddoo in both your hands LOL

YEp.. I'm happy with my star. Before I didn't know what is the meaning of the star. well I'm happy that it's called a reputation star. The star indicates the reaputation that we had here in mylot.

Not really since I had 10 stars for about a month then one day it just dropped back to 9 stars for no reason and I have not been able to get it back up to 10 stars which is my goal but I dont think I should of had it lowerd to 9 stars since I did not do anything wrong.

hi diamania yes and no, I mean yellow and an eight is not too bad but once I was a ten then a nine then again a ten. then in one night two trolls spent all night minusing everything I had ever written here and when I came to mylot the next morning I had a five star.so i immediately told mylot admins about it,and they found the two people and banned them. they put my star up to an 8 so guess its up to me to get to a nine and then a ten.

Yes, I am satisfied with my star. I used to have a 9, and even then I was happy with it. It's something to be satisfied with. And then my 9 turned into a 10, which made me happier. It's something that I'm really happy with.

Yes, I am very happy with my star, as it has been a long hard struggle to get it to where it is. I started out with a very low star, and it seemed sto say that way for a couple months, and then all of a sudden, it started gradually going up, and I am glad that it did. I think with the exception of 1, 2, and 5, I have had all the other stars. I try to do my est when I am in here, and hope that I get dood ratings. Not everyone will agree with you, and they like to give negative raings. That isn't right, but it happens. I give almot all positive ratings, as I am trying to to help others to have god ratings as well, as the higher your ratings, the more your earnings are, so it is all good. I am too! I've reached the rating of 9 even when I am still quite new to the site. And although I have not moved up to the top rating for the site, I am quite happy knowing that it hasn't gone down either. So, you can't be more satisfied than that. However, I am also striving to reach the top (10, that is )!

Well, I've started out with the 7 star. It went up to 8 and stayed there for a while. What was funny was that the character in my avatar was also wearing a gold/yellow shirt so it matched the yellow 8 star. Then, after a rather popular discussion it went up to 9. Since 9 is a red star I found another picture of my character wearing a red shirt, so it matched my new ranking. I am very pleased with my star, and I would be happy for it to be either an 8 or 9. I actually do not want it to go up, because I'm sure that my character has never wore the blue uniform before . . .

Hi,i have stared my career[after got eligibility] with number "8" and when i reached nearly 400-450 number in brackets,i get promoted to "9".I had experience of got down to "6" once and finally fixed at "9'.I have confidence that i will reach to '10" in ew days.Wish me..lol.. Have a nice time.

I don't remember which star I got first. I was not paying any attention to it until I read some discussions about the meaning of the stars and the colors and people asking what is your MyLot reputation. From then on, I started looking if I had one. I just remembered seeing a 7 first, then an 8 and then later, a 9. I'm quite happy with it. If I ever reach a 10, it would be better. I try to post quality responses to discussions and rate responses accordingly if I start topics. I think how other users rate your responses also affects you star rating. This is, however, something beyond my control. I just try to my best to reply to discussions as well as I can.
