I guess it's for anyone to make up their own mind about PTC, it suits some of us but never will suit everyone.
MrWit I do understand what you're saying here though... I think it's good earnings here in MyLot than doing the mundane clicking in the PTC world, but the difference is we have friends here to discuss things with and find out what pays and what doesn't

Wit if you post and watch the page load and do nothing else while it's loading and don't click you earn X but if you post and click you earn X + a cent from the click site. Surely that makes cents.. ooops, sense?

No..you shouldn't have any problem as long as you have a good connection. same goes for PTC pages

how abt usin a ptr site like donkey mails, hits4pay, inbox dollars, is there any difference in the payouts? which is better ptc or ptr? signin up in these ptr sites may help us make extra money along with mylot. i guess so; since they send only 1-10 emails a day........

I really don't know much about PTR (paid to refer/read emails) but I do refer members to my ptc sites. A few sites I am with have emails, but only a few. I prefer the pTC because they are quick and easy.

Wit, when I do the lot, I don't eat peanuts, I drink coffee...and the cups can add up. Drinking and lotting= super way fun and I need the energy to go on...too many awesome discussions and comments like this for me to keep up.

I empathise...believe me I do I was scammed by so many of them that I said I'd never do it again, but here I am ...at it again As neobux...there are several out there that have proven to be honest paying sites and it's great that we can discuss them here in MyLot and check them out on websites which list the scammers to ensure they are not listed there. I don't see this particular one in the lists so I guess it's ok so far.
Maybe they have only paid out so much to date because it's a fairly new site, I am a member of another which has paid out even less, but I am one of those that got paid...so i have faith in some of them. I think you're talking about reverse psychology.. sometimes that trickery can work right enough! LOL. Thanks

I had a quick look on a few PTC scam lists and they are NOT listed there. So I've taken the bull by the horns..took a chance and joined! I'll let you know how it goes lol.

its nice if it is really pay the name alone stand for, but nowadays even their are not meant to be SCAM they still cheats. Most PTC todays floating they will pay in the first cash out just to convinced members that they are paying. After the second payment and they got your trust you'll be investing that's the time your account will be suspended for no reason. very simple,very discouraging.

That's a possibility ... it might be the case that they will only pay the first few to make it look like they are honouring their payments to the clickers, then suddenly disappear after fleecing many more. It's a chance the rest who sign up will have to take. I won't be investing in any upgrades until the site has been around for a while. Thanks for your input

Sometimes, it's a matter of trial and error and once we sniff something wrong, or something amiss, it's best to just leave it at that. And move on..

I haven't moved on zed...still clicking away wealwayspay which is now called honestclix better be honest when it comes to paying!

I rather suspected that was the case. My Greek adverts are much nicer than the rest though as they don't flash or anything. Do you get them in Italian Mys? I must say they must go to a lot of effort putting Greek adverts on for me as there aren't many active posters from here on here.

Since it is one of the daily ads served, it may be a sister site of britbux or the owners can be relatives, friends, or same owner.

Yes, some of the pTC sites are a bit off and a lot of people are fed up of it, but with the new sites that are coming out it gives it a fresh outlook. U-pay sounds a bit like making us pay for the pleasure of making the site owner rich! ...and sometimes we do! lol

No worries, it's still a pleasure to see you here. After a search I couldn't find a web-clicks so the name is available sounds good too. If I had one I would call it Just-clicks, because of all the other stuff that's expected... promoting and such, it wouldn't be compulsory on my site.
I'm glad there are people out there that like surveys so that the manufacturers can get an idea of what the consumers like and dislike...but I'm not one of them. I tried it once and felt they were asking me the same damn questions over and over again! lol Thanx for responding

I was caught up in so many that turned scam too, but I soon learned to check them out on sites such as Talk PTC to see if they have been listed. Discussion forums such as we are doing here today in MyLot also help to get the word abot and the scam ones don't last for long. I know I have been paid by many PTC sites and members themseleves are starting to post their payment proofs for others to see. I guess payment proofs could be false...but getting to know people and learning to trust is common in the Lot. I used to feel the same way about not believing until I had been paid, but I'm slowly begnning to trust in others too.

Yourptc.com sounds good that suggests that it belongs to the members too..not just the owners, it would be nice if we shared in the profits too though! I've checked it on a scam list and nothing mentioned yet... so it may be worth signing up to. Thanks for responding

I reckon if you check out the sites and have a good AV installed you should be relatively safe. They can be boring if you are just sitting clicking but I've learned to do them in between other things and being able to discuss them with friends helps too...sometimes it can be fun! I found one recently that looks like an old t.v. program called 'Take your pick' and the audience used to shout "open the box!" "open the box!" and that's exactly what you do in that one.
No... I don't believe we do get paid for clicking on ads in here hon.. if I'm wrong I hope another veteran will correct me Yes we earn from the revenue and the advertizers pay MyLot.
